I think my brain has shrunk x2 over 16 years of my life. No kidding!
Well, am not saying this just because I feel like, but because I think it's kinda true.
Mr Mao showed us an article from the chinese newspaper during chinese lesson this morning.
And it says "
Without regular breakfast daily, your brain will shrink".
We all went like
"HAHAHA! JW LA!". Lol.
But I think it's true lor. This must be one of the hundred & one reasons why my results have been dropping drastically since Primary 3 till now.
I've not been eating breakfast since 9 years old and I've been complaining to my parents that I've gotten stupid over the years. Not only me, my sister too. HAHA.
The article says this too, "
If you do not eat breakfast in the morning, you will have difficulty doing mathematical sums later throughout the day...".
Well, now yknw. Breakfast is a must, for your health, for your studies. HAW.
I've asked momma to buy Bonjour Milk Bread Home! :D:D Yummmmmy.
Now for another health fact.
Drinking 8 glasses of water a day doesn't meet up to your health's expectations.
Many of you may find this familiar, yep, it appeared in the
YAHOO! News before. :]
Drinking too much water a day does not only not meet up to your body's expectation, but also, it
decreases the ability of your liver to function. O.O
So tell your parents that if you drink 8 glasses of water a day, this will happen to your liver. HAHA. But don't tell them it's me who said it, it's scienifically proven k!
Drink water only when you are thirsty to help your body replenish the water loss in your body!:}
BREAKFAST + WATER = DOPE. CHEY!

Okay, end of health facts.
I'm getting too healthy-minded. :( That's super bad.
I had 2 pieces of egg sandwich, 3 nuggets & a packet of green tea for recess today, despite me being super hungry lor. Then after school, went to eat lunch with yf, tw, edwin, lp & hz @ 318 for wan ton noodles + bubble tea. HAW. I didn't even feel full after that luh.
Went down for a jog with Jeffrey @ 6pm. Thanks for accompanying me & running @ such a slow speed just to pei he me. LOL
We ran 2.4km, I ran 19mins 40secs. I was super duper tired luh. Ha. Slacked at the fitness station for awhile, then left when it started to drizzle.
Again, I climbed up the 13 x 2 flight of stairs to get home (:
I WANT TO BE 40 KG! ( don't laugh k! i can do it;D )
But I don't want my leg muscles to be huge :( I don't like those kinda legs. It's especially ugly on me. BOOOO.
Is there any other way of losing weight, by not sweating and having huge leg muscles? HAHA.
How I wish I was born with a high-metabolism rate body.

All class work and more class work. Had English class test even though teacher was absent, but I bet no one did it except a few. Math too, had class quiz, but we discussed O.O HAHA.
