Woke up like SUPER early, say 9.30am? to meet Cheryl, Diana and Heny at Cityhall.. Say meet 11 then end up the 3 of them late. Went to eat JUST ACIA for brunch again! Yummmers :) Met Ruijia @ MSq then off to Raffles City Convention for the F1 Bar training! Damned, we all couldn't stop laughing at the guy's fail pronunciation :/ 'Sky terror' hehehe

After the training, Cheryl and Diana accompanied me till like 5pm before we went our separate ways. Met Chuajiepin and off we were to Sunplaza @ Sembawang! Had Gongcha cus we were so hungry and I was craving for milktea. Tanlingpei and Pohjiling came to meet us and we cabbed over to 8 Springleaf Ave :) Oh, lovely place....... BBQ and a lil' game with the gabs before the girls and I left for home.

Life's been good so far. Blessed with all that I have around me, family, friends and yuppp, my boyfriend! Couldn't be happier. :)

Turned 19 last Sunday and I have to say, this birthday is by far.. the BEST. It wasn't that much of a "happy" birthday, but all that I got will be more than enough.

I hate how each time I'm happy, I'll tell myself "Good times don't last forever, don't get so happy. You'll only end up in a big fat disappointment and having to pull yourself up again." I don't know why but I'll mentally tell myself this line everytime I'm happy. It fucking sucks. Sucks to feel this way, sucks to have the lack of trust in others and in myself.

I really need to learn to how to trust others? But above it all, I really appreciate everyone around me, all that they've done for me. Especially my boyfriend, really couldn't ask for anyone else better. :)

Christmas dinner @ Green Poppies after work! My boss, Hazel, drew the Christmas tree on her own! Some prozzz hahaha. Had KFC for dinner and then we played Monopoly Deal till like 1 in the morn'. Best game to date!

After which, Cheryl, Yog and I shared a cab back. Damn! That cab ride was the scariest yet fun-est cab ride in my ENTIRE 18 years of life!! Uncle Speedy, we call him! He drove us to MB just to drive over the hump and then drifted 2 rounds and continued driving at a 140km/h!!! How crazy is that?!

I used to think that thinking for others and giving in/ doing things for them till they're satisfied would make my life easier or at least, make me happy. But at the end of the day, you'll see that no one cares whether you did it right or not. As long as they've gotten what they wanted, they are happy and you get nothing in return.. cus they really don't give two fucks about it. (Unless they are like your really really good friends who'd stand by you thick and thin, then you're one hella'f a lucky ass luh..) And then, when you put yourself first in place before others, they'll see that you're one hell of a self-centered bitch living amongst them. Seriously ah. Don't know what's wrong with people.

I'm gonna learn how to NOT give in to others so easily. Screw them. They're the selfish ones.
Afterall, they say "Learn to take care/love of yourself then others..."

Second day of work's passed and all I can say is.... I LOVE MY JOB!
My boss and colleagues are such nice and fun human beings! :) Plus the working hours there's good. Though it's kinda tiring but I'm not gonna complain. Happy can already, right?

Not happy part is... cus I'm broke. :(

But I'm working for my living expenses, my dad's gonna stop giving us money one day and God knows when? Hur.

Howdy! It's a Sunday, I'm home and bored and I start work tomorrow!!!!! Eggciteddddxxx~ Hehehe
But my body clock's so screwed I don't know how I'm gonna sleep early tonight.. Sigh. Anyhow, I've some random pictures. I might as well upload 'em since I'm bored.

So I've been staying up late past few days, working on birthday cards for my cousin and friends.

This notebook here's for my cousin. I showed the pictures to my girls and the first thing they said "F for fuck!" Her name's Felicia Ng Rui Fen, I call her Ferny. Thus, the big 'F' right there. Handmade from scratch! I love it. :)

This right here, inspired from a youtube video I watched, is for Solongyin! Since she has a cupid tattoo, why not give her more cupids?! The cutting and punching of paper was crazy! It sucks when you have limited supplies and a crooked ruler. Sigh..

And this is the second Christmas card, I did it last night. I wanted to give it to my GABS but I gave up and threw it away. I'm really not in the mood for Christmas this year, no idea why either. Kinda sad right. So I decided not to do any Christmas cards for anyone. Though I really liked the snowman! So cute!!

I'm actually excited for the upcoming plans/birthdays in December! As much as I hate planning for birthdays, I'm still excited!

Headed to town to meet Marilou, Javier and Yongthai. It's been super long since I saw Marilou!! Walked around Ion to look for a job, waited for her bf, Andrew to come. Had dinner at Scape's Botak Jones and also cockles!!! Oh so yummmmmms :) Headed to Scape later to walk around! I got to see the Muttons, Divian, Shan & Rozz!! I was literally starstruck! Heh. It's so weird how two people, born on the same day in the same year, can be so different in every way. But both worth my love. I guess that's why they say everyone's special in their own ways. :)

Spent my day with her in town, searching for winter clothing as they (ferny & family) were heading to Korea at 2am. Caught The Chronicles of Narnia: Voyage of the Dawn Treader, it was sooooo goooood! Plus we caught it for free. My cousin's awesome like that :) Headed back home after the movie.

Most organized chalet I've ever been to, (that's what you get when you're amongst older people, no 92boys hahaha), ly&edward and friends were amazing.

Hope you enjoyed yourself, I guess you did. :) And also, thanks for being such a good friend to me (and of cos, the girls.) I've known you since Sec 2 and I used to think you were fucking scary (you still are!) and fierce (yes, still are..) hahaha but you're still a friend in need is a friend indeed.

I really miss those times in Secondary school. The first day in 4N2 you were really rebellious, it was like you were the big bully of the class but time passed and your attitude improved tremendously, like what I said, scary. Then we started eating recess and lunch after school together, bubble tea, corn-tick, cheese fries and duck noodles together we the clique. Staying back in school with lingpei and sometimes chinhiang and jiepin, studying and going to the toilet to shit together. It was literally our second home, I gotta say. You, helping us cut queue to buy mee soto with chicken wings. You were like our 'mom', a freaking cool one. You'd stand up for us no matter what and help us in whatever ways possible, even if it was lending us a listening ear. Also a freaking retard with all your fail pronunciations, keep up the fail job! joker4lyfezzzz~

They say "Age is only a number", but when you're 21, you're no longer a teen and you gotta start acting like an adult. I know you'll always be the small girl inside that small short body of yours but still act like an adult whenever you have to be. Stay that way forever; young, hyper and a crazy bitch! You're one of the luckiest girl I know in life, I hope you cherish what you have. Work hard and have a happy life with Edward, and be a happy princess always :)

Day 1

I went to Orchard to meet Nam to get the polariod films. (Hey! If you're reading this, I hope you'll do well in Hongkong next year. I was actually kinda sad to hear that you'll be going back to HK. I miss those days when we went to dance, basketball trngs, sentosa, neoprints and everything. We drifted apart after sec 3, I really don't know why but you'll always be a friend I'll never forget :))

Went to TANGS to find Claudia, Lynnette and Annecy! Damned I miss gift wrapping :( Stoned at Orchard's MRT stairs for 2 whole hours waiting for @MrCharoensup.

I even got to see Cheong How and his group of friends who also sat there waiting for almost an hour. Left for Cityhall to continue waiting for another hour before she finally came with one big tigger in her hands! Bras Basah to get materials @ Artfriend and waited for @Chuajiepin to come buy the chocolate polariod for the birthday girl. Talked for an hour before we left to Boon Keng to meet @Tanlingpei and headed to Yf's house!

Her house is super super cosy! I love the colours and everything hahaha could seriously fall asleep there. Watched the 9pm show while eating Macs before we left for home/ for the chalet.

Pillow fight with sly, xly and yfc! Super crazy! Ly charged at me and banged into me head to head! Fucking painful I tell you! I can feel a bump in my forehead now lor. A short cycle in the drizzle after that. We gave up riding each other after like 1km of the journey out, there were only 2 bikes! Headed back to the chalet, watched some Vampire Diaries and slept after that (I really wouldn't call it sleep..).

Day 2

Woke up at 11.45am, bathed and all, had lunch together and decorated the chalet with balloons and letters. Stoned, watched Gossip Girl and stoned even more. Took lots of pictures while waiting for people to arrive!

The heat from the sun was so good I decided to give my legs a tan, but to no avail :(

I've been having my own free time for the past few days, super bored with no job. Yupppp..
Yesterday, was spent with my mom and sis... Headed down to one of the condos at Woodlands for my mom's cousin's son's 1st month! The food was awesome, I must say. My biao-yi (cousin-aunt (?)) ordered chio cupcakes! (Oh yeah, she really doesn't look like a mom, she dress cute and all, kinda like xiaxue! She's the one in polka-dotted skirt and boots in the pic below!) Everyone was going crazy over 'em! Didn't really taste that great, too sweet already. But the main thing here's the baby right? Hahaha. We didn't get to carry him, sooooo, no pix!

Stayed awhile and we left for home.
I turned off the lights and started snapping away with my camera!

Today, supposed to be heading down to Jurong Point with Ch, but got lazy and then ended up at home. I decided to try doing gradient nails! Since I was super free and all.. Sigh...

Woke up from a super terrible nightmare this morning. Dreamt that someone drove a knife through my throat! For a minute, I could even feel like I was suffocating in my sleep luh! Super scary! Thank God my aunt came in and woke up me up.. "Shirley! Your parcel's here!" hehehe

I managed to fix up the whole lamp by myself! *Gives a pat on my shoulder*

After that, I prepared and headed down to Vivo with @Activistdonutz to meet @MrCharoensup for our interview at St. James! Yeah, I know... Weird much for us to work in a club. Hopefully we get the job? Yupyup... Went back to Vivo for Starbucks and Yigloo to find @Chuajiepin. Home sweet home after that!

Gonna dye my hair tomorrow with @Pohjiling and @Activistdonutz! Heheheh so eggcited! Still can't decide on what colour I should get though.

Came home after practical and felt like I need to try out the cheesecake recipe! My aunt and cousin, Lynette helped out. The results really weren't that bad, but the cheesecake was too cheesey.. a few mouths and you'd feel like puking! These pictures were taken some time back, when I was bored. Started snapping objects around my messy desk. Anyway, today marks the start of the O levels. First paper, Science Practical, down. 23 more days to the last paper! Can't friggin' wait! I was freaking nervous at the beginning, being a private student really sucks, I must say. In secondary school, everything's given to you by the teacher, don't even need to worry about anything. Except failing the paper. I really miss Secondary School. Oh well....

So anyway, I got my ass down to CCK sec, waited with all the private students.. And guess who I saw!!! Daryl Lim Kai Jun! Still as gangster as ever ah hahaha! Damn funny! At least now I don't have to go take my papers alone and go to school like a loner! Mua ha ha alright, enough of O's.

Countdown to O's: 17 days.

Yeap, 17 freaking days (OMG!). I can't say I'm prepared, never was I guess. I'll give my best, promise... Even having a year for a second chance, I still don't use it wisely, wtf have I been doing? Now I'm left with 17 days. Shit head = Shirley.
Sometimes I really wonder if I've ever tried my best? Put in one single fucking effort? Why the fuck am I repeating? Am I even good enough? Sigh.

Anyway, I spent my previous week falling sick and recovering. Slept away my Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday. The stupid flu bug decided to visit me. Boohoo. Feeling much better already, at least there's no more fever. Block nose, cough still here, forever here. Yawnz! Oh, not to mention, my sick days were also 'shopping' days. I bought like 4 tops (2 from Esprit 2 from Cotton On). Muahaha ^^ Happy (sick) girl! Cus I went to Ikea with Mommy, aunt and Lynette, got to go to Anchor Point shop shop a bit hehe! I just dyed my hair! Bought the Liese hair bubble dye! Can't take a pic of it though, cus my webcam ain't workin'............... But the colour I bought (Cassis Berry), didn't turn out as good as I thought it would be? Oh well.. At least my black roots are gone.. for now!

Monday was cold. Met the girls at Kelly and headed to Jurong West for Happy Cup! I love the cheese fries and cheese hotdog there! We ate like gluttons, I SWEAR. Wtf right? The lady keyed in the wrong amount and I stupidly went to enter my pin.. Sigh. Forever careless. I also bought new bras! Yay! 2 for $28! Went home after that. I should really stop, STOP, S. T. O. P. spending money. How to fulfill my wishlist like that you tell me?! Gah! I should tell my mom to give me my allowance weekly? But I won't be able to survive if she did. Okay, maybe I should put $150 aside every month? Yes yes?

Super emo nemo post below, but what to do? Tsk.. Feeling so much better already, cus I don't even have the time to go think 'bout all the fcked up stuff?? Work, tuition, study, work, tuition, study sums up my entire week and you can put that on repeat mode till what? End of O's? I'm actually supposed to be sleeping now? My mom and aunt and cousins have been constantly telling me not to work, study first and all so yes, guess what? By this month's 19th.. I won't be working anymore. Until O's are over, then I'll go back to Flavors and maybe Tangs? Hmm.. Cus 1) I'm kinda sianed of them telling me not to work but 2) they are right I need to focus on my studies and 3) I too feel the same way and I'm fucking exhausted for not having anytime on my own. So yay! No more work! But nay, O's are nearing! Omg! :O can't believe I'm going through this phase all over again? Last year not enough, this year must go through it again. Tsk. See luh never stdy hard enough??!

And I need to stop talking all about work and studies! Boohoo! But seriously, aside those two topics, I've got nothing else to tall about? Since my life's revolving around them both.. This is bad.... Except for the fact that last friday (3/09) was chillax day with the cousin! I see her almost everyday now! Hahah! We went shopping at lot1, I bought 3 tops for $45! One was for sissy ok! We got our nails done, express manicure at citibella $6 (And I'm crazy in love with the strawberry nail colour I have now!), subway student meals for dinner and we bought sucky desserts back to Northvale to eat. Mehh... Watched Resident Evil: Extinction on 5 till 11 before I left and felt all paranoid thinking everyone were zombies! Hahah! Yupp that sums up my Friday!

Caught in between work and studies. So freaking drained, both mentally and physically. There's like 41 days left to the start of O's. Yes, first paper's Science practical, like what the fuck? I still have so much to catch up! Thank God for my cousins, Gorgor RJ and ferny.. and my friends, especially Jane and Sandra for the help. I mean like, last minute then I ask for help and they are still willing to teach me from scratch! Really really appreciate the help! Guess the only thing I can give them back is good results right? Also my mom. Sigh... I keep letting her down.

Anyway, I asked my mom if I could go to BKK this end of year, and she fucking said YES. Omg, I'm like freakin' excited about the trip! Have to work hard though, I don't want to take money from my mom for my own holiday, like wtf? Hahaha! So I'll have to work doubly hard, I can do it, right? Like I've been doing for the past one month! Work and studies. Gahhhhh, so cannot wait for O's to be fucking over! OVER, YOU HEAR ME? OVER...............

Haven't been updating, I know. But like whatever.. no one reads my space anyway. Hur. Have been busy with work, studying and catching up with my friends.

Last Thursday, night study with Tanlingpei, YeefeiCharoensup, Solongyin, Tanchinhiang and Xieyiling. Pretty productive I must say. :) Had a lot of fun with them, laughing a lot! We practically owned the Mac. Reached home around 6am. Woke up at 11 and met my dearest cousin, Ngruien! Caught Inception @ Cine, we missed a few minutes of the starting, but damn... the movie was AWESOME! Walked around town and all before heading back to Yewtee for Maths. After class, I went home, got my dinner and stuffs over to her place to chill a bit. It was awesome.

Weekends - work.

This week I'm so busy..... Ugh. Monday physics; Tuesday work @ 5pm; Wednesday chem and night study; Thursday meet with J and tuition at cousin's; Friday maths; Weekends WORK. Boohoo.

But I've played enough, time to commit to studying.
And damned, I WANNA WATCH STEP UP 3D ANYONE?!!?!?!?!

Happy 45th Singapore!

We went to Barrage to watch the fireworks, apparently, it shouldn't be one of the best places to catch the fireworks anymore.... The MBS totally blocked it! :( Anyway, the place was crowded with people in RED and WHITE! Oh yeah, we walked from the barrage to marina bay station, thanks to the lousy busy service... sigh.. Had fun with the GABS still. Hehehehe luv them big time!

Happy 18th Lee Yong Thai!
Thanks fo the big yummy dinner at Sho Teppan last night! Hope you had fun yester-night!
Though the boys majorly pissed us girls off just to plan for your birthday and the one hour so-difficult-to-choose-your-present at Topshop, it's all still worth it in the end, cus we all had fun! Eating together at Sho Teppan, singing the birthday song so loudly in the restaurant like it was nearly ours, walking throughout ION and Orchard Road like mad kids going HE-HE WHAT FUCK WHAT HELL!?, walking all the way to Orchard Plaza just to get bounced out, brain-storming on how we're gonna get in to Neverland, saying how we're forever trying to get into a disco/club using fake IDs, remembering the NRIC no., how excited we were when we finally all made it in and then enjoying our night away till 4 in the morn. How some of us ended up at the bus stop since till like 6 in the pouring cold rain and then board 143 without even thinking and making our way back to JE station was fucking joke. Anyhow, we still had fun TOGETHER. :)

Town yesterday with the boys and girls. Jiehao said meet @ 6pm, 6.30pm and then he reached JE @ 7.30something pm power not we were all blaming him and he had to apologize like so many times we even blamed him when the crowd at Raffles was like woah haha! Saw this cute angmoh justin bieber lookalike at ION's food court!!! He was eating hokkien mee, same same leh ^^ Javiertoh still help me take photos of him hahaha! Jiehao wanted to buy his gf something, so they headed to Paragon first, leaving us at ION. @Chuajiepin @Tanlingpei & I ended up having an eating spree at ION's basement. Luv the HappyLemon's cocoa milkshake with pudding :> like a nize only. I bought a new pair of sandals and a chio ring from RUBI Shoe, sigh money fly fly fly. I need a new bag. My earpiece got tangled up with the loose threads in sissy's bag very very disturbing it took me like 5 mins to untangle it in the train. Tsk. Almost 12hours without sleep, I came home, prepared and left to meet the girls at Clementi platform. Waited for the 92woodboyz for almost an hour!!!!! Can you believe it? We just sat there and waited and waited........ luckily never over-time. They came and we left for Orchard ION, bought Javier's presents/cake within an hour or so before we left for Jurong East to meet the rest of the Clique. 143 to teban gardens block 32 meegoreng+egg party fake event name but it was a steamboat party, the food was great thank you Javier & his mom & grandma! Took a lot of pictures and videos! Surprised Javier when he left and came back with Thierry after 7-11, the Swensens ice cream cake was so "bu" everyone finished it within 3mins! Monsters! Javier entertained us with his presents haha so funny bunny snapped pictures and all before I had to leave for home... Been awake since 4pm, Friday....... now I really look like a zombie. Okay goodnight.

Courtesy of @Edwinghy's parents, thank you very much for inviting us over to stay had a lot of fun being in Heaven ate a lot of bread, watched soccer, repeated episodes of tom &jerry and the ppg on cartoon network, koko crunch with milk, 200 pounds beauty (@Chuajiepin said 100pounds, 100 000 pounds don't know what she thinking), l4d2, hide&seek with hazel &megan sh0 cutez they tw0, Javiertoh & @Tanyongxian played a part in being childish for a while playing & entertaining the two girls hahaha like joke, @Chuajiepin and I occupied the whole toilet for almost an hour we can ownz, @Edwinghy said Yongthai as Yongsai bloody joke of the day bth, so tired by 7am that we tohz on the king sized bed after the 2 little girls woke up shiok like anything the bed, woke up at 11+ @Chuajiepin & I had tomyum/curry chicken maggie competition but failed, ended up going down to 7-11 just to get a can of milo & some bread, stoned till 1pm before we left for Vivo and then home sweet home.

This picture makes me laugh.......

Managed to fall asleep only at 6.30am when I was supposed to wake up before 7am. So mommy decided to be kind, and let me sleep till 8.45am, before heading out for NYK Shipmanagement company's family day. Good thing was, I was in a good mood, lucky her. I threw a tantrum going for the zoo, like 3years back. Ha ha ha Arrived at Bottle Tree Park and goodneez moi, the heat was like pehhhh, basically I was there to show my mom's colleagues I'm a good daughter that I went with her blahblahblah I sat there taking pix for 5hrs but I had a little fun laughing at the kidz at the end of the event. Went home at 2pm, washed up and fell asleep at 4pm, slept for 2hrs or so before heading out at 8pm to meet @Ellvixson and walked down to Casablanca for Sylvester's advanced-18th. Same-ol' same-ol', had fun there. Reached home by 11pm and toh halfway through my movie, Madeline while the rest of them went for L4D2 and pool.

Suay ka liao Friday

So desperately waiting for tuition to end at 8, cus I wanted to meet my clique soooo badly. Yeah, guess what? I almost couldn't find the Sembawang bus interchange, but managed to find my way there. Boarded 167. Lost count after the 8th stop where I could see the Golden Arcs. Alighted bfr Upper Thomson Rd, which was like way over the 15th stop. Got lost in the middle of nowhere. Called Chuajiepin for help and was still stranded in the middle of nowhere, after crossing over to the opposite bus stop, for the next 25mins or so. Not to mention, I had to money for cab. So I smartly boarded this 980 bus, the bus was full and everything, and smartly alighted ONE STOP later! EVERYONE IN THE BUS STARED AT ME! INCLUDING THE BUS DRIVER. Fucking pai seh I tell you. So I waited for like another 10mins before another bus came and finally alighted at the correct bus stop. Felt safe and sound when I saw Chuajiepin's and Tanlingpei's face. Thank God for my friends. Thierry came to find us and he's a fucking joke! We went into 7-11 and asked the aunty "YOU MEI YOU SAMBAL HOT DOG?" WTF? Sambal hotdogs. Obviously there were none luh. It was supposed to be SAN BAO HOT DOGS (3 packets of ho dog). Seriously fail. We cabbed back to Kinfei's house and ooolala, I was in real-estate heaven! Dream house!!! BBQ and all. Heiniken chicken by Sylvester. The food wasn't much, but was yummy. Help Kinfei washed up the car porch and went up to his battlefield-bedroom. Almost 6 laptops inside play L4D2! Madness! Sissy, her bf & WE came to fetch me at 2am and hsh.

Have to wake up by 7am, mom's office family day and Sylvester's BBQ at night!

On the fifth day of June was another night out at WCP with the fav g&bs.. except that Lipboon brought out his lappy and they watched thriller flicks, scaring themselves for nothing, I piggy backed Yeefei and failed, we both landed on the floor she is that heavy, played ice man, catching & crocodile at 3 in the morn', decided to save money on cabs and walked all the way from WCP to Javier's Teban Gardens house it was killer, I swear. Lingpei & Lipboon cabbed home after walking 2/4 of the journey. We saw wild dogs which were behind the fences and there was no way they could come after us but I end up running and screaming for my life when the dog suddenly appeared and barked behind me hahaha. After 2hours or so, the 8 of us reached Javier's place, like finally can rest. Jiepin, Javier, Yongxian & I were the survivors, we still had prata for breakfast and Yongxian was so humji to wash the bowl of curry up he challenged me and gobbled down his cheese mushroom prata like a fat pig. I won :) Oh, Jiepin & I still taught Javier how to draw/deposit money. He is so pro. Stoned till like 7plus before we left for home sweet home ^^

So anyway, I met my gfs today! So happy! The rain totally spoiled our night. Sigh. All ended well anyway. :)

Queensway for laksa, curry chicken.. Then over to Ikea for hotdogs. Sang Huilun a belated birthday song in the middle of Ikea *:/ whoops!* can gave her the present! Hope she likes it :) Took polariods like crazy! Really really missed the girls so much.. hehe. I miss the boys too! Why are we only meeting up on birthdays?? Is parting with your friends, a part of growing up?? :(
